Ingredients

  • 1 cup maida


  • 1 tspoon salt


  • 1 spoon kalaunji


  • 2 cup oil

Directions

  • Take a bowl and add maida,salt, kalaunji and oil...now mix well.
  • Now by adding chill water knead a dough.
  • Add little oil and knead dough to make it soft. Make equall balls from dough and roll medium thick chapati from it.
  • Now make vertical and horizontal cuts on it to make squares of equall size.
  • Now join two ends of square and flip by joining other two ends with water.
  • Now prepare all kalis like this. Now heat oil in kadai and fry all kalis in oil at low flame.
  • Fry them till golden in colour.
