Take a bowl and add maida,salt, kalaunji and oil...now mix well.
Now by adding chill water knead a dough.
Add little oil and knead dough to make it soft.
Make equall balls from dough and roll medium thick chapati from it.
Now make vertical and horizontal cuts on it to make squares of equall size.
Now join two ends of square and flip by joining other two ends with water.
Now prepare all kalis like this.
Now heat oil in kadai and fry all kalis in oil at low flame.
Fry them till golden in colour.
